Reset Your Weekly Rhythm in 30 Minutes
A lightweight review that keeps you focused on outcomes, not busywork.

Break the autopilot cycle. This reset combines reflection, prioritisation, and a bias to action.
Step 1 — Close the loops (10 minutes)
List the commitments you made last week. Label each as shipped, stuck, or dropped. Stuck items get a single sentence on why.
Step 2 — Pick the keystone outcome (5 minutes)
Ask: If I only shipped one thing next week that moved the needle, what would it be? Write the answer and highlight it everywhere you plan.
Step 3 — Design your energy (10 minutes)
- Batch deep work in two 90 minute blocks.
- Protect recovery after big meetings.
- Reserve "maker mornings" or "manager afternoons" depending on your role.
Step 4 — Prep assets (5 minutes)
Draft the first prompt, deck outline, or decision memo that Monday-you will need. Momentum is a gift from past-you.
The entire reset lives in one page of your workspace. Reuse it weekly, and you will spend more time executing, less time reorienting.
