Sprint planning should be quiet, precise, and focused on outcomes. This guide walks through the agenda we rely on every week.
Agenda
- Signals (10 min): Review metrics and customer feedback. Capture anything that needs follow-up.
- Bet review (15 min): Score ongoing bets (confidence, progress, risk). Decide if each continues or pauses.
- New commitments (15 min): Surface new work, assign owners, define “done”.
- Socialise (5 min): Draft the sprint note for the team hub with scope, owners, and key dates.
Artifacts
- Sprint note stored in your knowledge hub.
- Task board organised by bet.
- Hand-off checklist for partners or stakeholders.
Repeat every week, with monthly retros to adjust cadence and tooling.
