Stop shipping dashboards nobody opens. This blueprint keeps the signal tight and connected to your cadence.
Requirements
- One source of truth (Notion, Coda, Airtable, etc.).
- Metric owners for each vital sign.
- Narrative field to capture weekly interpretation.
Layout
- Vitals row: 5 metrics, owner, threshold, trend arrow.
- Highlights: wins, risks, experiments.
- Commitments: actions due this week, owner, status.
Ritual
- Update metrics before stand-up.
- Review highlights in the weekly sync.
- Close commitments and archive the snapshot on Fridays.
Consistency beats complexity—keep the dashboard simple enough that every teammate can update it without friction.
