• Slack Canvas stores the narrative so everyone understands what happens when they click run.

Govern

• We log usage metadata into BigQuery.
• A lightweight Loom shows how to revert or pause each automation.

The tool matters less than the ritual: document your guardrails, assign a steward, and revisit the stack monthly so it reflects how your team truly works.
